A wonderful way to bring ease and equanimity to the wobbles of life! Full active and passive asana practice with plenty of emphasis on the balancing power of the heart in the poses and movements that challenge our stability. Includes standing and inverted balance poses along with options for those not inverting or doing backbends. Suitable for a wide range of student beyond the beginning level.
Mary Paffard was dragged kicking and chain-smoking to her first yoga class in the early 70s in London. It was by no means love at first sight, but it was the first time she could remember feeling the possibility that head, heart and body may all be part of the same continuum. Since then, she shares her passion for, and explorations of, yoga and Vipassna meditation, in classes, workshops and teachers programs nationally and internationally.
$40. Register online, at the studio, at the door or by calling 462-2580. Minimum of 10 people registered in advance needed. No refunds after 3/1 under any circumstance although you are welcome to pass your space onto someone else if an emergency arises.
