Saturday, June 2, 2018, 9 am – 4pm at Alex Thomas Plaza – downtown Ukiah (South State St, between Clay & Church)

This year we celebrate our 10th Anniversary and would love your help in making it a memorable day!

We invite local artists, students, art groups and Guilds. If you can’t join us, perhaps you know someone who wants a chance to show their work. The Farmers Market kicks off the morning, drawing a lively crowd, providing great background music, refreshments and handy shopping for art and seasonal produce.

The cost for an 11’ x 11’ space is $50, and is used to cover the cost of publicity, rental fees and insurance. We rely on vendors to promote the event to their clients and friends by offering digital copies of our promotional material and posters. Send them via email or print for traditional mailing; just don’t forget to post them on your social page.

If you were disappointed with your sales in the past, we encourage you to consider offering items in your booth for silent auction, raffling off a larger piece, or scheduling “art-in-action” or a demonstration. Just don’t forget to let everyone know what you plan to do!

Set-up starts at 7 am and should be completed by 8:30 am. All spaces are on grass with a paved walkway in front that leads to the street. You need to supply your own display equipment and shade structure if desired. Vendors may book multiple spaces (limit 3 contiguous) or can share spaces with another artist. In the event of rain, we will try to reschedule for the following Saturday, June 9, 2018.

Only approved items, paintings and reproductions by the displaying artist can be sold. First time vendors will need to submit photos of their work. Returning vendors are pre-approved.

Please complete and return the entry form with your fee by no later than May 11, 2018

Spaces are assigned on a first-come basis

If your application is declined, the fee will be returned. Additional refunds will also be made on a case-by-case basis.
