The Ukiah Symphony has been bringing cultural enrichment and beautiful orchestral music to the Ukiah Valley community for 38 years. It was founded in 1979 by conductor and pianist Carolyn Hawley who was also the choir director of the Methodist Church of Ukiah. The orchestra got its start by playing Handel’s Messiah at Christmas functions. Today, we have more than 50 members in the orchestra who perform four concerts each season.

We celebrate our continued connection with Mendocino College, where we have been performing our concerts. Also, we are proud to announce that all students with an ASB card and kids under 18 will be admitted FREE to any of our regular concerts!
