Fort Bragg Students' Art at Edgewater Gallery

Presented by Edgewater Gallery at Edgewater Gallery

Art and photography students from Fort Bragg High School will again display their work at Edgewater Gallery in February. The show will open on First Friday, February 3, from 5-8 p.m., at the gallery, 356 N. Main St. near the Laurel Street intersection. Light refreshments will be served.

Edgewater has hosted the students’ work for many years. “It is a pleasure to feature the work of our community’s next generation of artists,” says Edgewater President Patricia Breed. “We always look forward to this special show, and it truly is amazing the excellent work brought to our gallery by Erik Rain’s students.”

The gallery is open 10 to 5 daily and until 5:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Edgewater is an artist-owned collective that opened its doors in October, 2003. The gallery currently has more than 15 full-time and guest artists offering a variety of artistic mediums from jewelry, watercolor/oil paintings, ceramics, sculpture, burl wood bowls/tables, photography on metal, and greeting cards to decorative kites and mirrors.

The gallery currently is on winter hours, open 10 to 5 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday and until 5:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
Currently, Edgewater is seeking new artists to fill spots of those who have moved from the area. Jewelry designers and both 2D and 3D artists are encouraged to apply to become guest or full-time members, and they should contact Alexis Moyer at potshop@saber.net. Applications also are available at the gallery.
