Willits Center for the Arts is looking for Mendocino artists to introduce to our city.

Work Media: Sculpture, Paintings, Prints, Installations, ceramics, jewelry, etc.

Work Size: Let’s talk about it.

Entry Requirements: Cover letter describing exhibition proposal.

1. Ten to twenty (10-20) digital images. Images should be presented in JPEG format. Images can be sent electronically. See below for email address.

2. Artist Resume including biography, educational background, and exhibition record.

Timeline: Next years shows, April through December.

Entries Due: Installation to be discussed.

Selection Process: A committee of 5 meets monthly to selects artists – Most shows are 4 to 6 months out.

Notification to artist: We will let you know if your work has been accepted within 30 days.

Accepted Artwork: Is required 5 days before the opening of your show.

Artist Reception: Usually the first Friday of the month.

Publicity: Willits Arts Center will handle publicity. You will be given postcards for mail out to friends and customers.

Sales: 30% commission to gallery.
