This cultural facility in the little community of Gualala on the Northern California coast is home to ongoing local and regional art exhibitions, performing arts,and community events of Mendocino and Sonoma counties. The facility is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and most weekends from 12 to 4 p.m. Visitors are always welcome. Mendocino Coast Furnturemakers was founded in 1999 by a group of designers and furniture makers living on the north coast of California. The association is dedicated to the preservation and evolution of the fine art of furniture making. All current members studied with the world-renowned cabinetmaker James Krenov, who in 1981, founded the Fine Woodworking Program at the College of the Redwoods, in Fort Bragg, California. We specialize in custom designed one-of-a-kind pieces in both traditional and contemporary styles.

Willits Center for the Arts presents monthly exhibits, including an annual art auction, juried shows and high school art exhibits. WCA is a volunteer run organization lead by the the Willits Cultural Arts Commission with partial support from the City of Willits. Willits Center for the Arts is open Thursdays and Fridays, 4 - 7 pm and Saturday and Sundays, 12 - 3 pm

The Mendocino County Art Association, which has been in existence for 53 years, is based in Ukiah.

MCAA membership extends to outlying areas including Willits and Hopland. New Members of all levels of experience are welcome. The Association holds monthly workshops on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm at the Grace Hudson Museum Meeting Room, 431 S. Main St. Ukiah. A drop-in Open Studio takes place once a week and a Critique Group meets once a month.

Bus trips are organized to San Francisco Art Museums twice a year. An extensive Art Video Library is available for members to borrow from at no charge. The Association has a long standing arrangement with local banks to exhibit members' work.

A nonprofit organization with the goal of providing a center for promoting and preserving the textile arts. Centered in Fort Bragg, Pacific Textile Arts has an extensive library which is open every Thursday from 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Textile-related classes are offered periodically. An informal group open to anyone interested in any aspect of textiles. Meetings are open to the public on an occasional basis, and to members on an ongoing basis. Membership dues are $20 annually, and the membership year runs from September through May. Meetings are the 4th Wednesday of the month at the Mendocino Art Center, with coffee at 9:30 am, business at 10:00 am and programs at 11 am.
