The Artists' Collective in Elk will feature a Musical Instrument Show

The Artists’ Collective in Elk will feature a musical instrument show for the month of July, presenting handmade musical instruments by members and friends. There will be clay rattles and drums by Sophia Sutherland, whistles and ocarinas by Molly Boynoff Klein, Sonya Popow, and Moss Rock, jugs by Alison Gardner, drums and a flute by Chris Cisper, a guitar by Ken Franklin of Ukiah, a bullroarer by Steve Crowningshield, and other handmade instruments. There will also be some drawings and paintings of musicians.

There will be a reception for the artists on 2nd Sat., July 8, 3 to 5 pm at the Artists’ Collective in Elk. Located between the post office and Queenies restaurant in greater downtown Elk.
